My room was cheap and quiet with a balcony. It had marvellous and incredible location, not far from Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter, the night club Apollo, and the beautiful Montjüic hill...
The area was quite dirty.

I stayed at Hostal Apolo for a weekend gig at the nearby sala Apolo. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the venue. The room was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were amazing, especially Marc from reception and David, who were incredibly helpful and hospitable. The metro station was just a few minutes away, making it convenient to explore the city. a wonderful stay with great staff and a fantastic location.
100% Recommend this hotel.

erm, the receptionist was nice!
The pillow, it was solid as a rock! It was very, very basic, but I knew not to expect The Ritz when I booked it. It was rather hard to find, very obscure entrance, on the 2nd floor in an apartment block.

the showerroom is good and clean, the room is for two good and they got TV. Location is also good, very near from metro station, and the price is very reasonable, next time when i have chance to go back to Barcelona, I`ll choose this hostel again.

Great location, within walking distance of popular attractions. The room had a balcony and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Good wifi connection. The hotel is close to a supermarket and the metro station. I recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

I liked its central location, and that it was very easy to get to surrounding attractions. I liked the value for money (size of the room, comfort of the beds, clean bathrooms) The daily cleaning service was great and the hostal had a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly but not invasive and we would definitely come again :)
